Waihi Christmas Open 2024

The weather certainly showed up for the 118 starters who enjoyed our 2024 Christmas Open today. A great crowd with visitors from 23 different clubs.

Plenty of Christmas cheer in the clubroom and plenty of hams walking out the door. Great stuff from our local lads taking out the top three overall prizes.

Logan Phillips top Gross 76 on a countback. John Drent top net 68. Stableford David Morris 41… Great stuff guys - bit of local knowledge there.

Big thanks to all involved – Greenkeepers, Starters, Prizegivers, Caterer, Bar Tender, Cart Girls, Volunteers, and most importantly our field.
