The Alitech Waihi 54 Hole tournament was held over the weekend with a full field of 107 starters. With extremely hot weather both days. With 5mls of overnight rain on the Saturday altering conditions on day two just slightly. The course was playing hard with well-prepared greens which seemed quite fast downhill. I’m sure some ups and downs for all in the field over the 54 holes.
